The Yoga Studio is housed in a modern building with studio space on two floors. The building may be rented by the day or weekend if you would like to put on your own wellness themes class or retreat.

Carla Terwilleger

Carla is the director of YOGA@St. Hubert’s Lodge.


Carla is a lover of nature and as such, has a deep appreciation for the beautiful property at Guarino Farms.


She has more than 30 years experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant as well as 20 years of experience in various alternative medicine studies.


Carla is a 500 hour trained Yoga instructor and a Level II Reiki practitioner. Carla believes in honoring the tradition of yoga and is an ongoing student in Yogic philosophy.


Carla has a deep understanding of energy, movement, breath and kinesthetics for all bodies.




Kelsi has an innate love for movement. 


Growing up as a competitive dancer and runner, moving faster and pushing to the limit was always the goal.  When she found yoga, it created a space to meditate through movement and find a steadier strength through slowing down. 


Driven by a passion for process based learning, Kelsi is grateful to be able to gather each week to move and tune into our unique curiosities.


Kelsi’s body craves rigorous activity and moments of stillness.  This juxtaposition within herself, leads to a dynamic flow in her classes.  She holds a space for her students to both recharge and ground in their own body & creativity.

Nancy is a Certified Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Guide committed to bringing an awareness of holistic mind and body philosophies guiding her students in self-awareness and healing meditation.


She often incorporates healing stones and crystals into her sessions and offers a variety of classes such as Full Moon Healing, New Moon Manifestation,  Journeys for Gratitude, Letting Go and Abundance.


She has a deep connection to yoga nidra practice as it has been transformational on her own healing journey and plans on continuing her training in Reiki Healing and Crystal Energy Healing.

Abigail Lorick has been a student of yoga since her early teens.  


She decided to start living directly from the heart and retired from the world of fashion to embark on her journey as a teacher of Kundalini in September 2021. 


Since then, Abigail has been training under the great Kundalini master and Guru Siddhi Ma.  Kundalini yoga is the Yoga of Awareness.  


The practice of Kundalini balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, and aids in quietly observing the mind. 


But more than that it is believed to deliver an experience of the Self that helps us not only survive, but also thrive.

Libbie is a 500-hour trained yoga instructor and Hudson Valley educator.


She has a background in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, as well as additional training in Yin, Chair yoga and Qigong.


Libbie has worked with teachers and students on breathwork, meditation and mindful movement (“yoga off the mat.”)


She believes in the therapeutic effects of nature and weaves the natural world into her yoga classes to promote centering and inner balance
